There are lots of contextual advertising network currently offered on the internet apart from Google Adsense. Many people have started using Google's AdSense program, but there are some who find it a bit too uncertain or simply not suiting their own requirements from an ad program. Adbrite in my own opinion is probably one of the most popular ad networks after Google Adsense. Allows you to buy site-specific flat-rate and CPM ads, network CPC ads, site-specific and network interstitial ads Just like adsense. adbrite displays ads related to the content of your site or blog and also offer ads by content, banners, in-line text ads (such as Kontera or Infolink), and full page ads. MARKETBANKER
MarketBanker allows you the unique possiblity to set the pricing for your site. It also allows you to allow or reject any link that appears on your site (although AdSense itself does a very good job of this as well, with URL filters) There's also a statistics section which will allow you to see how well your site is doing. The ads are small just like AdSense's and they're just as easy to set up. Also, registration for MarketBanker is free.

BIDCLIX
BidClix is different because it has advertisers compete for clicks on your site, which in turn is meant to generate the highest possible profits for your page. It also has a very large pool of advertisers which ensure there are plenty of people to choose your site. However, it does require more polish on site contents then AdSense. As most sites, real time statistics are available and its very easy to get started with this service, but it's also very flexible.

CHITIKA
Chitika is a good ad network like that was founded 2003. It is a good source of income on line if your blog or website is all about reviewing and promoting products.Payout is $10 for Paypal, and $50 for checks.


ADHEARUS
AdHearus is a very feature-packed contextual ad provider. As with AdSense, advertisements are targeted but it doesn't stop here at all. Kontera is the second most popular inline text ad network. They also have an affiliate program were you will receive 10% of their net revenue for the first year. Their customer support is good and also pays on time. Minimum payout is $50.

Bidvertiser is another good ad network. They offer both textual and feed advertisements. Their ad formats look like that of Google. They have a minimum payout of $25 by Check and Paypal is $10 (that if you are in need of quick cash). However, these ads cannot be used along with Adsense.

However, they Only seems to accept sites with a large amount of traffic, at least 50% of which must come from Canada, USA and UK.
